NatAnn Yoga Classes offer an all-levels approach to stretching and strengthening using yoga poses. You can expect a safe class which changes and grows with you. You can also feel confident knowing you will be provided with modifications and verbal cues so you never feel out of control.

Monday Evening Yoga: 6pm
During Monday evening classes we focus on movement and strengthening poses. Our goal is to improve strength and deepen our yoga practice.
Thursday Evening Yoga: 6pm
During Thursday evening classes we focus on deep stretches and postures. Our goal is to improve flexibility and relax into the end of the week.
